Abdellah Akhdi is originally from Morocco . His artistic curiosity began during his twelve years old in a Casablanca orphanage . Dissatisfied after earning a living as a mechanic in Morocco and Tripoly , in 1984 he moved to Switzerland where he studied buseniss and agriculture . He also studied  drawing a La chaux de Fonds and sculpture , wich led to a one the first show at the Cafe Le Stop in Le Locle 1989 .

For the past sixteen years , he has been pursuing art in New York City . He has studied at the art studen league and through correspondence School of Minneapolis where he received a Merit A ward .

Abdellah Akhdi has had showings of his work painting and pastel at Charas en El bohio ( East Village ) 1999 , in a grop show in Solfok Street , Bay ridge Art Festival . in 2002 . Salon d'Afrique in 2002 and at and Pen at the Brush Club Gallery in 2002-2004 . in 2002 they awarded him a prize for pastel , " Hammam " . In 2006-2007 he showing in Harlem open Studio , in 2008 showing in Metro Politain Pavilion on The art of The mine and 225 west Gellery in SOHO . 2008 at Planet cafe in East Village .

He also ulistrated many coverbooks forPeggy Garrison and D. H Melhem and for P&Q Press in New York .

 In 2009 he published on article  about his art ( Le Revealisme ) .
