The most vivid impressions we remember during all our lifetime. They have a response in our creativity in the adulthood. As a child, I read the works of Walter Scott. I was caught up by images of noble ladies and fearless knights. Many years passed and in my artwork "The Lady from nowhere" I portrayed one of those images, which had so strongly caught me up once. Her noble bearing and the stern look say that she is a real lady. The flower gives completeness, emphasizing her femininity. Creating this work I plunged into the world of romantic heroes of the books of Walter Scott. I work with oil colors on canvas. I use palette knives and brushes. Oil painter Elin Bogomolnik.
