"The Dashing Cowboy" is "any man" in the west, now or when the western era was in full swing. The cowboy carried just about all his belongings in his saddle bags. Dressing up for "courting", a "hoe-down" or a wedding usually involved a change of bandana and occasionally a dapper vest. This work is a oil pastel and pencil pastel drawing on gold acid free paper. 9 x 12" is matted and is in a 12 x 14 gold colored frame.
