"Arlene's Apple II ©" an original gouache watercolor painted on 5" x 7" hand made cotten rag watercolor acid free paper for her "Still Life Series" by award winning Kentucky artist Arlene Wright-Correll. This small miniature is then float mounted on a 7.75" x 11" dark green matting and ready for a top matting and frame.

Ms. Wright-Correll says, "In 1999 my late son, Fred and I planted an orchard which included many apple trees and each year since his passing in August 2000 the trees bearing fruit help to keep his memory alive. In August 2008 the pears, plums, peaches and apple trees are loaded and this painting is of one of the apples from the apple orchard."
