Lou Jacobs came to be known as one of the most famous clowns in the world through his innovative comic routines, compassion for others and strong dedication to his work and his antics became classics in the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus where he eventually came to became known as the most famous clown in the world.

This is the twelveth painting in my clown series done in 2007 with the hopes to raise money for St. Judes Children's Reseach Hospital. All my personal royalties from the sale of these Clown paintings, Giclee Prints, note cards, postcards or clown collectibles goes to The Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital for reseach for Childrens cancer.
