The World comprises two opposite forces that together compound the Universe. Both forces link and complete one another, as everything that exists in the world. Chinese philosophy gathers all the theories in the concepts of Ying and Yang, Day and Night, Sky and Land, Hot and Cold and Femininity and Masculinity. These are examples of this concept. The balance comes when these forces are in harmony, forming the greater light.
