This is a painting done in acrylics and oil pastels based on the urban legend about a young man who picks up a young woman along the side of the road and gives her a lift to her home. When he stops the car to let her out he notices she's not there. An elderly man comes out of the house and tells him i know why you are here, you were dropping off my daughter, but she died years ago.
