“Arlene's Apples©” is a mixed media miniature 5" x7" with an India Ink background about 12 layers of watercolor washers and finished off with watercolor pencils on 100% acid free paper. It is matted in an off white 8” x 10” mat. This painting reflects one of the artist's favorite Northern New York memories of picking apples in St. Lawrence County and taking them to a neighbor's nearby farm for pressing.
