People saw some of this on my Facebook and started sending me stuff from all over the place (took that off, don’t send me any more please) and I started to get really curious and began giving this a great deal of thought. All of the recorded “events” (hereafter known as “Beamers”) involved people outside with a cell phone. They were all obviously right in the middle of doing something, I believe they were all answering their cell phone at the moment they de-materialised and every cell phone was missing their sim card. No sim card, no way of checking who the in-coming call came from OR who the beamer was. Very creepy.
Everyone I know – at least when they go out, has a cell phone on them which makes us all vulnerable (to what? I need to let go but…). I have stopped answering my cell phone when in a public place (especially outside), you never know.
