‘Lamb of ... Baa Baa Black Sheep’

The symbol of the church ‘ The Lamb of God’ , once innocent and white has become tarnished , it is dark ‘ The Black Sheep of the Family’. The church has yielded the sword in pursuit of its goals and is now in defence of the revelations which have come to light in the past number of years. Is it tagged in anticipation of slaughter, will it survive. The banner holds the ‘factory clock out symbol’ on its reverse, is it time for the church to punch its cards and renew, rethink, return or go into liquidation. Where are the disenfranchised that have punched out never to return?
The work ‘Lamb of ... Baa Baa Black Sheep’ is created from found objects, some of which are painted and some untreated, tarnished and raw.
