The title refers to a text by Lacan about "strong" women. More generally, it refers to the myth of the "toothed vegina". Since ages , women were threatened with rape during wars. Some of them made up "toothed vagina" stories to escape their destiny. This sculpture is a tribute to all the ones who use the power of their imagination to fight violence.
