‘ When Do I Get My Wheels ?’

In a world of rapid change, from boom to bust, curtailment of services, closure of institutions such as hospitals, schools etc., the waiting lists for the unemployed, the needy, the disabled and the disenfranchised get longer. Despair abounds and protests grow. Will mobility return or will a generation or generations become stagnant.
The work’ When Do I Get My Wheels?’ is created from found objects ( entirely bicycle parts) is the bicycle metamorphosing into a human figure of the human figure metamorphosing into a bicycle?
