I Was Born And Grown Up In Hanoi Capital – The Heart Of Every Vietnamese And Myself. This Is Where I And Friends Of Same Age Wandered Searching Every Corner In Ancient Town And Playing Childhood Games Which Only We, Ourselves Understood And Kept In Ever Memory. An Ancient Hanoi Town With Antique And Romantic Feature Has Brought Me The Idea Of Painting About Ancient Town. An Ancient Town With 36 Old Streets Among Of Which Are Redolent With Milk Flower Or Ding Dong From Pedicab Or Shuffling Sounds From Electric Bus. It Is Ancient Town In My Heart, Very Simple And Natural In Brown Colored House Roof Or Green Moss-Grown Walls Of Disordered House Blocks And Bendy Alleys. I Always Loose My Ways When Discovering These Alleys. “The Artisan Wandered And Wandered Through Many Roads…Suddenly He Realized He Could Not Remember Any Of Them, Even One” That Is Hanoi Image In My Heart. I Always Get The Indescribable And Emotions While Painting About Hanoi. It Has Varied In Different Times And I Have Not Been Satisfied With. Perhaps Hanoi Is A Big Objective For My Painting Career. One Day, I Realized That It Was Right Time To Look For A New Image And New Emotion For A Complete Discovering Point Of View. I Came To Hoi An At The First Time And I Was Shocked Of The Similarity Between Hoi An And Ha Noi. Moreover, Hoi An Is The “World Cultural Heritage” Which Has Been A New And Uneasy Topic For My Challenge Progress. And I Have Stayed In Hoi An Nearly 3 Years But I Feel As If It Was Only Yesterday. To Me, All Idea Of Hoi An For Painting Is Still Ahead And I Have Been Tried My Best To Integrate And To Learn About National Tradition Customs In Hoi An People
