Over the years of my career I have been very honored and humbled.  The first thing I drempt of doing as a child was being an artist.  Being a native of New Orleans, I often went on school field trips that would take us to the French Quarters.  I would be in awe of the artist there.  They made my heart leap.  All I knew is, I wanted to do what they were doing!  I could say it has been exhausting, but honestly, I am happiest when I am in my studio working.  My joy comes from time spent creating, and losing myself in the thing I love.  I often suggest to my friends to do what makes them happy, there is nothing like it in the world.
