Michael Pugachev was born in Belarus in 1944. The supreme art formation has received at Vitebsk university. Worked in system of Art fund.

Works are in fund « the International academy of culture and art », in individual collections of the USA and Russia.

I do not think that the artist the Messiah, and here now will open to us a certain true. Or will write best. To like me not product, and work above a picture. Why it you have suddenly decided to pass this way, and to this picture. And whether you have on it the right.

your "Search Lost" is FABULOUS... it gives the perfect feeling of loneliness. and the uniform colours give to the viewer the sense of disappering figure...
