I always loved travelling the New England coastline as a child. I moved inland back in the 1980's so now rely on memory and imagination to re-create my impressions of the sea and coast. I hope to one day travel down the coastline again and paint on location, but for now my imagination will have to do...
This is a digital painting based on an acrylic mirror image that I made with many hours of microscopic touch ups and newdetails. I named it after my sister.
