Efi Simeonides was born in 1947 in Cameroun, Africa.
She received her classical studies in Drama, Macedonia, Greece where she grew up.
She started painting in 1983 influenced by the expressionism.
Having as theme the "Pain of the Woman", she presented the following exhibitions:
May 1988: She participated in a team exhibiton in «Mikri Diagonios” of the famous Greek poet, Mr. Dinos Hristianopoulos.
1992: 1st personal exhibition in “Outopia”, during the Cultural Events of Hortiatis, Thessaloniki.
February 1993: 2nd personal exhibition in the City Hall of Kalamaria, Thessaloniki.
October 1993: 3rd personal exhibition at “CHROMA”
1994: 4th personal exhibition in “Outopia”, during the Cultural Events of Hortiatis, Thessaloniki.
February 2001: Team exhibition at the Cultural Center of Kalamaria, Thessaloniki.
In May 2002 she participated in team exhibition at Johannesbourg (South Africa), from which she was first prize award honoured with the “DAMON” prize.
In May 2005 she participated in team exhibition organized by the Cultural Organisation of Kalamaria City Hall.
She also participated in exhibitons at Belgium, France, America, from which she was distinguished.
She lives and keeps working in Thessaloniki.
Her personal Agent and Cultural Events Organizer, was settled Mr. Tanaskidis Alexander, poet and journalist, special in Cultural Events and Non Governmental Organisations.
